Bought battery and watch band several months ago, waited 2 months for order.Back of watch fell off, not attached properly; battery fell out, couldn't put back in. Part of spring broke off. Said it worked when I left. Would not help. Very rude. Will not return

I was just admiring my rings that I got back from having them serviced. Some had to be enlarged. My wedding ring set had been soldered almost 30 years ago and they broke into pieces. Caporale’s repaired them and made them sturdy again. I had sea pearls replaced in an antique garnet heirloom that I haven’t worn in over 20 years. I had my grandmothers ring sized so that I can admire it on my hand and remember how much she loved me. Jewelry is such a personal thing to me and I am overjoyed to have my pieces back and beautiful. Thank you for your service. I will be back.
