Professional and friendly staff is very informative but not pushy with all the possible services your vehicle might need. Even though I live in St. Louis but pass thru Columbia on a frequent basis I always use their service for my oil changes.

A good experience. Toon truck for oil change/tire rotation. The oil was checked prior to beginning the oil change. The staff approached me and showed me the oil in the truck and it was still looking as if it were put in yesterday. Oil change wasn’t needed at all yet and the staff concurred with that. Did the tire rotation and left. Will be back in about 4000 miles. I appreciate the staff here in Waterloo.
My favorite place to get an oil change. Went today, was in and out in about 15 min. Fast, professional, informative. Derek was very friendly, suggested stuff without pushing! A+ recommend.
