I’d give them a million stars if I could. This place is absolutely beautiful. Lisa has truly created a gem for the citizens of Waterloo and surrounding areas to enjoy. Very clean, relaxing, and in a beautiful brand new building. I’ve been lucky enough to have experienced massages and facials there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mariah the aesthetician is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. She pours her heart and soul into making every person she serves feel comfortable no matter what age, gender, skin type, etc. She is the sweetest person you’ll meet and so easy to talk to. New Full Spa in Waterloo,il.I had a Relaxing Massage for my Birthday. Angie was great. She listened to what I was interested in and needed for this old girls body.I also added a Brow Wax with Lexie afterwards.Prices are very reasonable and you are getting professional services.They have a Membership option which is nice. I may investigate that more..

Just got an hour deep tissue massage and Angie definitely knows what she's doing. I have chronic upper back and neck pain and have had many massages but Angie might have been the best. Feel like a different person walking out of there.
