Upon walking into the Waterloo location, I was greeted professionally and noticed how clean the office was. I found the staff to be warm and inviting. They answered all the questions that I had. I was treated like an individual not like a number! Marla has such an astounding bedside manner! She is professional and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend the Waterloo office! This was a much different experience at the Waterloo location for me , Than what I have had in the past and the Shiloh location! I had such a great experience in Waterloo! Highly recommended!
Marla is wonderful! She takes her time with you, she ask questions, and talks with you to make sure you feel very comfortable. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her.
