Great service !Very understanding, friendly and compassionate owners. I fell behind on my membership balance due to this covid situation, other health issues and forgetting to call to freeze my membership (for months)while I wasn’t tanning. They mailed a reminder and offered me 50% off of my past due balance If I responded immediately!! I couldn’t pass up an offer as good as that after months of no tanning?.The beds are great! The incentives for being a club member are great! I live close so it’s great to have a place nearby to relax and get some rays for reasonable price! So thank you reflections for working with me through these times!

I cancelled my membership over 2 years ago bc I was pregnant. This was before the new owners took over. since then I have been receiving letters and group txt messages saying I owe them money and that my banking info changed. My information has not changed....I took the first letter in and the guy couldnt even find me in the system and said not to worry about it that their computer system had messed up and started sending out this stuff to everyone. Then I started getting the group txt, I called and a very rude little girl told me she did not have time to discuss the issue. She said she would call me back, hung up on me and never returned my call. Now I received another...read full review
