We had a water main break in our front lawn a week into owning our new home last fall. Very responsive! They were at the home within an hour to handle the emergency of the spewing water since it was later into the evening ( and we still needed to have Julie out to map out any wiring in the ground) and back first thing in the morning to dig the trenches to find the issue- hole in the pipe. Replaced it and had water back on in under 18 hours total. The bill was what I would expect for emergency services and fair. VERY PLEASED and grateful to them. Thank you!
