Kaityln M listened to exactly what I wanted, took her time, and made sure every detail was perfect. The cut is so clean and soft, and it moves so effortlessly—literally the perfect lob. It feels so fresh, healthy, and easy to style, and I can already tell this is going to be my favorite look for a long time. You can really tell when someone truly cares about their work, and she does. I left feeling so confident and happy, and that’s everything. If you’re thinking about switching up your hair, this is your sign—find someone who listens and knows what they’re doing because it makes all the difference 🤍

I am so disappointed with my bridal experience with this salon. My trial with Miranda Lewis was great. My hair was incredible and held ALL day. However, her behavior on my wedding day was completely unacceptable. Not only was she unprofessional, but three different people commented on how rude she was to them. One of my bridesmaids even refused to have her hair done by Miranda. My hair was falling out a few hours after it was done and hardly made it through my ceremony.
Hands down the worst investment in my wedding was choosing to go with this salon, a supposedly reputable and "higher end salon."

Tried to make an appointment, but the receptionist wanted my credit card on file even though I pay cash. I asked for owner or manager to find out what anti hacking services they use. I never even received the courtesy of a call back. They obviously don’t want my business.

(Peoria Location) The only salon i’m ever going to for the rest of my life!!!! Sally is amazing!!!!! They got me in same day for a balayage!!! Amazing results&Terrific Stylists!!! The cutest space and atmosphere! the stylists are great to talk to and i absolutely love how they all work as a team and bounce hair ideas off of each other, my hair is quite long and thick so the foils would have taken forever for just one stylist so another jumped in to help and same towards the end with brushing my hair bc it gets so tangled, they were gentle and patient!! they stayed way later than closing time to finish couldn’t have gotten better service anywhere else!!!! i absolutely love my hair!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Salon was nice and employees were great. But I will not be going back for the fact of pricing being very inaccurate. I shouldn’t go into a salon being blind sided by additional cost. My estimated cost from booking went from $149 to $257 when I didn’t add anything to my service and I wasn’t told about price increase but was told when checking out. I felt uncomfortable saying anything since my hair is already done.. you should add things into estimate if your expecting price to go up significantly. If you want to come here maybe call and verify price expectations before hand.

I go to the Washington location and am so thankful I found this place! Amazing service every time. And I can confidently say that Abby is the BEST hair stylist I have ever had in my 39 years! She always makes me and my 10 year old daughter feel so welcomed and valued. Her attention to detail, skills and knowledge truly sets her apart. She listens to my ideas and concerns but also offers expert advice that always results in stunning looks that exceed my expectations every time! She is SO talented and her pride in her work is evident. What impresses me is how she is up-to-date on latest trends and styles and is on point in her technique. I never had a stylist so skilled as she. She has an ability to understand Exactly what I'm trying to explain even when I can't find the right words.
