I highly recommend Barrick-Oltman. The customer service is extraordinary. They are very knowledgeable. Their expertise was evident. They explained everything to me in a way that was understandable. They were very prompt and thorough, and they left the area where they worked cleaner than it was before they started the work. They registered the equipment for us, and they found rebates that were instantly applied. They also provided information for tax refunds. I will be utilizing Barrick-Oltman for annual maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.
Quick response to our heating emergency. Came and gave a detailed and fair quote that met our needs and budget same day that we called. Went over and above our expectations. Barrick-Oltman is amazing! Amazing service, professionalism, and top-notch results in a fast and effective way! This morning after the extreme freezing temperatures last night, I had no heat at 3 a.m. I left Jeremy a message about my problem at approximately 7:00 a.m., he called me back at 7:08 that they would send someone when they reached their office 7:30. Adam called me back at 7:50 and was at my house by 8. I have heat restored by 8:45. The blessing that they are to my family they don't even know.
Long story short, these guys are amazing, honest, hard-working people and you can't just find anywhere!
