they had never notified me of my mother's care schedule as promised on a weekly basis without my nagging them. They don't consistently respond to messages. They saddled us with a bill claiming medicare refused to pay with out any context or explanation for sessions 4 months previous.

Why is zero stars not an option? The services they provide to healthcare facilities is complete garbage. Both for the rehab and the pharmacy. The pharmacy department doesn't properly bill Medicare for medication coverage, which just results in upset family members. The rehab portion... OMG STOP! You don't staff building appropriately for SAR needs. You tell the staff to do group therapy for productivity but then it's not quality therapy. You limit the staff availability, you limit their capabilities as therapist because you want the Symbria metrics to look good, you limit the time they can see patients but then also limit their time to chart, but then you bill Medicare...read full review

My mother is in a skilled care facility and we are forced to use symbria vs directly using Medicare. Each month we need to review the bill and often find errors. The cost of a he pills fluctuate each month without any true explanation.
