I had scheduled an appointment for an ingrown nail I had to wait 3 weeks for an opening.2 days before my appointment I was told the doctor that I was scheduled with had to go in for surgery so I have to reschedule. I do so just so i can be told that I need to just purchase some dry foot cream & get sent home. I was in so much pain still knowing I do have an ingrown nail same night I rushed my self to the my nearest Emergency Room. I do not recommend or trust this place!!.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee since February 2025. He has been a HUGE help. Any time I had/have an appointment, I have any and ALL questions answered. I've NEVER left feeling worried, uncertain or left in the dark. His nurse Sam is the greatest nurse I've ever delt with. She's quick, kind, smart and funny. Dr. Lee preformed MACI on both of my knee's.

Avoid this place. Dr. Biswas was 45 mins late to my appointment. I brought it up to him and he ignored me. no apology no nothing. He then rushed through the exam while being rude and short with me. The whole visit lasted 5 mins. The visit was utterly worthless and a waste of my time. he told me nothing i didn't already know. Nothing like flushing money down the toilet. I asked the staff if Dr. biswas is usually 45min late? they said he is late to all appointments unless you get the first one of the day. The nurses seemed to dislike Dr. Biswas as well. Go elsewhere. also allegedly dr. biswas has 1839 reviews on northwesterns website giving him a 4.8 rating. but NONE of those reviews are by patients. so no reviews. I would give him 0 stars.

My knee replacement that Dr. Bare did, did not work. Painful, swollen, numb on top of my knee cap! I saw him and he looked at it and told me he doesn’t know what happened! Said “ sorry, I can’t help you “ and walked out!!!!! He didn’t even try to figure out what happened! I have been living with my knee like this ever since!! He is a very arrogant man.

I really didn't wanted to do this, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this too. First of all, I had an appt. today @11a.m., and since I live in Joliet, I left extra early to be there on time, but when I get to the highway, there was an accident and cars were not really moving at all, was going about 5-10miles/hr or maybe less, and I called the clinic to inform them what was going on and that I might not make it on time, and to see if I would still be seen since I didn't wanted waste my time, their time, and my gas!, but I was on hold for about 45 mins.!, after I was already 3 mins. away to get there, finally a polite lady answered me and I told her that I guess it wasn't necessary since I was already there and explain to her what had happened and she told me that she didn't think it would've be a problem not to be seen if I explain to them that and well I got there at 11:20am, I explain to the nice lady in front desk too, she went to the back to ask, comes back and tells me I cannot be seen. I was very furious! Cause I'm in alot of pain and since I'm 10 weeks pregnant and allergic to Tylenol, I can't take anything else! and I have a job and I needed a doc's. note with restrictions so I don't have to loose my job. Now I don't know what's gonna happen since I been missing to many days at work since my injury( which was a week ago). I understand there's other patients to be seen, but I don't think I would've took too much time since I was prepared with a disc of my Xrays that were taken at the hospital the day of my injury, just wanted to know for sure how damage is my foot, how much time I need to rest, and have that doctor's note.

Dr. Shaw was great, thorough. Entire staff and radiology department was terrific. Very punctual, nice team. Highly recommend this office.

After x-ray And Aspiration of fluid From my knee, the orthopedic doctor here then told me I most probably would need total knee replacement. Then he proceeded to give me a cortisone injection without informing me that this would delay surgical intervention for the pain and immobility I was experiencing for another 90 days. I feel that this deprived me of the opportunity to make an informed decision about that treatment option. I would have refused that injection had I known I was subjecting myself to 90 more days of pain and suffering.

All that matters was excellent— doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, reception. Great care and professionalism. However, the waiting room is awful. Freezing cold, no coffee or water, limited plugs for devices— definitely could be better!
