Basement Waterstoppers installed a drainage system along a high traffic wall of my house. The crew worked efficiently and professionally. The finished product originally didn’t have the aesthetic to match the house. I contacted the company and they couldn’t have been more responsive. One of the owners, Paul personally followed thru to order and install a flange that better matched the brick on my home, and then came out with project manager Tony to make sure it was installed properly to my satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to call them!

This company illegally parked their work truck in the alley for two days now, blocking my garage and keeping me from being able to freely come and go. Asked them to relocate it and they were rude and completely dismissive and continue to park in front of my garage anyway. If this is how they treat the neighbors, how are they going to treat you as a customer?
