Called this morning with an issue, dogs GI problems vs new white carpet….Justin coached us through what to do before he could get there. He squeezed us in and the carpet looks like new. We’ve used him before in the past and he is always reliable, courteous and timely.
Justin from Jeff’s Chem-Dry was fantastic! He fit me in on a last-minute call for a pet-related cleanup and handled everything quickly, kindly, and professionally. our carpet looked hopeless, due to my husband being paralyzed on one side and being in a wheelchair. Justin and Zach cleaned in a timely manner. professional and curteous. our floor looked new. we would recommend them 100%. Thank you!
