Cathy and Laura were a delight to work with and definitely made a sad stressful situation much more tolerable. They were responsive and caring and I couldn't have asked for more. I'm very grateful that I was put in contact with NIFS for these final steps.

My husband passed away a year and a half ago. These people were so helpful and confronting. He was the first person in our family to be cremated and no one knew what to expect. Plus, when I went a a cruise to bury him at sea, I didn't have the proof that the container was biodegradable. I called them from Mexico and they contacted the manufacturer. They were able to fax the information to the cruise line and to my relief, the burial took place.
