Raven has great customer service. Went in on Thursday the 12th for a piercing, my job is in nursing so I get 1 day off as we’re short staffed , anyways I mentioned that, and she mentioned the shop was doing Friday the 13th sales and told me she’d accommodate me since I had to work Friday and wouldn’t be able to come in. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. She collected half of what she could have, and that’s the best customer service I could ask for. I won’t go anywhere else because of this.
The ABSOLUTE best! Mike is so kind and patient. He'll take the time to ensure you're happy with the design and placement before beginning. His work is always top notch, no matter the style. I have several pieces done by Mike and I frequently have strangers approach me to ask who did them! I love showing off his work and can't wait to get more in the future. Can't recommend him enough!!
