Luke came over and gave me a quote and worked with me to get me the windows I wanted and installed at a reasonable price! My windows were Aluminum and not many companies will install aluminum windows and mine were on the third floor. The crew were kind and thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable Frank, Zack and Memo are great employees and I told the owner so! Excellent experience with the whole company! Family run for over 25 years I learned! Five stars from me!

I Highly recommend Summit Property Services Inc of Villa Park! From the management to the contractor crew the experience was seamless and a joy to have Frank, Zack and Memo replace my Aluminum windows on the third floor! This company is extremely courteous and knowledgeable about what they do, I want to make sure I mention the whole company is honest!
