Summit is absolutely the best maintenance service we've had on our property. As the president of our HOA I need to use our funds wisely. Summit is efficient, responsive, friendly and reasonably priced. All work has been done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations.

The process started with Luke. He came over and thoroughly explained the process of resurfacing our garage floor and front porch. He answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate. He was very professional with a great knowledge of the products to be used. The workers came to begin the projects. Arrived on time. The team was headed by Eduardo who again explained the process and answered my questions. Brian and Ryan were awesome as well. Very respectful and pleasant to deal with. I am thrilled with the results! I highly recommend Summit Properties Services Inc.

Summit replaced a window in our condo. Difficult job because we are on the fifth floor. Frank from Summit was the crew leader and we learned that he was a long time Summit employee and had installed the original window 20 +years ago. Frank and the entire crew were so skilled and professional . They erected a barrier around the work area so no dust got into our condo. After installation they returned to do the finishing plaster work and they made an exact color match to finish repainting around the new window.
