“Rich and Adam installed my Rinnai tankless non condensing water heating unit today. They removed the old Rinnai unit and installed a new outdoor water spigot that was leaking and in a very tight location. The only way to replace it was with the tankless water heater removed. With that done they began the new tankless installation. Some modifications were needed for the new unit installation and the gentleman completed them without hesitation. With all connections completed the water pressure was restored. They tested the unit for proper operation and made sure the outdoor spigot functioned correctly. Rich installed my last unit and he installed this one today and I thank him and Adam for their quality workmanship and fair pricing.“
