I first used Midland Masonry in 2012 for tuckpointing and chimney repair. They also replaced and installed shutters on my brick house and did work stabilizing the back of the house. So I knew exactly who to call when I needed my second chimney repaired in 2023. Jim was very responsive, got a quote to me promptly, and his crew came within two weeks to do the work. Midland does quality work at reasonable prices and I recommend them without any reservations.

We had a great experience with Midland Masonry. I initially contacted them for an estimate to install three steel lintels, since that is what another masonry contractor stated was needed. Jim disagreed and explained the reasons why all we needed was some tuckpointing, which is a much smaller and less costly job. He took his time answering my questions. How refreshing to meet someone who conducts his business in such an honest way and is obviously proud of what he does. Midland Masonry did a fantastic job on my new 100 year old home! Jim explained exactly which areas of the chimney and firebox needed work and, unlike another company, didn't use any scare tactics. Everyone was super friendly from start to finish, pricing was competitive and the work speaks for itself. The exterior tuckpointing and stucco repair even received high praise from my neighbors.
