My 19 year old tankless hotwater heater stopped working. And after a very difficult experience with another company, who sent a very nice technician who fumbled around and could not fix it, the company then quoted an exorbitant price to replace it.
I called Rich, who came out the next day and repaired it within minutes. He recommended a new exhaust motor as well as a quote for replacing the entire unit. Both the motor price and the system quote were very reasonable and significantly lower than the other company.
Moreover, Rich understood the problem and how to fix it. His level of knowledge, experience and expertise was evident and applied. Superb service.
I am very happy I found Berner Plumbing & H20 through a Google search of a specific list of brand water heater local contractors. Rich runs a small, but experienced and professional plumbing service. He quoted me a fair price over the phone after sharing photos and information with him and then a formal agreement electronically the same evening after I explained to him my urgent situation to come out and complete the job the following day.
