Every-time I’ve been in this location, I’ve had a weird interaction with Sydney. Never a hello and she’s rude for no reason. I won’t be frequenting this location for the time being.

Jenny at Ulta in Vernon Hills was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really listen to my wife’s skin concerns and walked her through a skincare routine that actually made sense and felt tailored to her—not just a sales pitch. She was knowledgeable, patient, and explained why each product would help, which we really appreciated.
My wife left feeling confident, informed, and excited about her skincare routine, and that says everything. Jenny’s professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional. Highly recommend asking for her if you want thoughtful, personalized skincare guidance!

Number one let’s all clap for Roberto
He is the best was at the front for me, guided me found every item I was looking for on my delivery checklist for DoorDash. He didn’t have to do that. There’s a lot of stores that won’t do that but he want the extra mile. It made me feel like a customer made me feel special and then guided me to the register where he went around to help me out as well.
Very nice staff they’re always they see me walk in and they know I’m a delivery guy and they pay attention to me and make sure they grab the order right away. Sometimes I have to shop for the items and Roberto did wonderful... read full review
