Been going to this location for over 10 years, buts it's definitely going downhill. Another pediatrician retiring, but no notice was given to her patients. Very disappointed....AND I am so tired of having to call a call center and chasing the people down to get help for my kiddos. This change to Endeavor has really been for the worse. Time to move on!
As with most Endeavor locations, suite #s are wrong. My appointment was in suite 1500. There was no suite 1500. So I went into the first suite I could enter for help in finding suite 1500. Surprise!!! There is no suite 1500. They had no idea why we were given those instructions (in writing). Seems many people have been instructed to go to a suite that doesn't exist. And, if I missed my appointment because of their error, I would have been charged for a missed appointment. YIKES
Well, whenever I have to go to a hospital, or see a doctor for an injury in Illinois, I'm usually abused instead. Unlike most places, they don't do that to me. I appreciate their kindness here
