The staff are always polite and friendly. The manager Gina is welcoming and very personable and very knowledgeable. They don’t rush their client and even when busy, they know how to manage the clients to ensure everyone is satisfied. I’ve never encountered an issue with this location.

The staff here (Vernon Hills IL) are BEYOND impressive! The minute I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by the manager, "Gina Otero". Then I was attended to by "Arianna", who was equally pleasant and professional. I had such a great experience and was SO IMPRESSED, that I bought a membership on the spot!
