I understand that price have to go up but your price have gone up a lot in a short period of time and you guys don't offer any coupons anymore so it makes people want to go look at places that offer haircuts with coupons.

I took my teenage son here for a haircut today. He had a specific picture for what he wanted and specific instructions. The first lady (Carrie) gave him a haircut that did not match the picture at all. She shaved off his sideburns which we specifically asked to keep. He was very unhappy with how the haircut turned out. However, we went back and asked for Nina who fixed it as much as she could fix it (you can't grow back sideburns in 10 minutes). So bottom line, Nina did a great job with what she could work with. In the future, ask for Nina. She gets five stars but the original haircut gets 1 star.

The haircut itself was fine but the staff was loudly discussing in-house drama while we waited. We had to wait longer than normal for our turn while they finished their gossip, despite us checking in on the app.
