I spoke to Karl and he took the time to look up a replacement key lock for my old storm door, which he found out had been discontinued. Instead of selling me a new lock which would be costly, he suggested putting the cost toward a new storm door and even recommended one he purchased for his own house. Great service by Karl, went above and beyond to help me at no cost!!

Our back door kept swinging open in the wind. I contacted Karlock and he came out immediately , and reset the lock and and latches. Now works perfectly! Karlock is responsive, courteous, and does great work. I would recommend Karlock to anyone who needs anything “ locksmith”!
