Not sure where you sent your daughter to dental school but you may consider sending her back. Dr. Cassie is horrendous and screwed up my crown so bad I had to finally get my tooth pulled. Her parents are excellent dentists but she absolutely has no idea what she is doing. Please remove your daughter from your practice until she is fully prepared to handle clients.
UPDATE: If your staff was as highly trained as you claim them to be why did this happen? Please spare me here with your excuses. We found a much better practice with experienced doctors. Side note: This is nothing more than a family trying to protect the mistakes of their daughter who works in the office which is not my problem. I have NEVER in my life had such a doctor on any level. Read your other reviews. I am NOT the only person now will I defend the catastrophic things she did to my molars. In time other people will see this pattern. Best of luck you sure will need it.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Cassie and her team!! As a nervous patient, I was put to ease by her gentle and caring approach. She took the time to carefully explain everything and gave me all available options so that I could make my decision. Dr. Cassie is the BEST and the entire staff is just as kind and amazing!! I'm so grateful that I was referred to this office!!

Dr. Cassie Mora has been my dentist for years, and I’ve never trusted someone more with my teeth and oral hygiene! She not only is extremely knowledgeable and precise in all that she does, but she is kind and calming during every visit I have with her. I can’t imagine going to anyone else, and feeling thankful I have such a trusted and reliable dentist! Couldn’t recommend this office and her work more!
