During a recent visit to my grandmother’s house in Vernon Hills, we found a few plumbing problems that needed attention. We had them out for two plumbing leaks, and both repairs were handled well. Later we called about a clogged utility sink that the washing machine drains into, and after a follow-up visit the drain was cleared better and the sink started working the way it should through the full rinse cycle. The total cost for the leak repairs and drain service felt a little high, but the work did get taken care of. Most recently, we also had an issue with the furnace area and thermostat, and Roger was honest that a different technician would be needed for that part of the job. We had a problem with our kitchen sink drain over a holiday weekend and called Dale the Plumbing Pro. They picked up right away, listened to what was going on, and clearly explained our options, including coming out immediately or scheduling the visit after the holiday.
