Just had my first laser treatment with Alexia, she was quick and super professional. I've had electrolysis and laser in the past and been to lots of different places. I felt comfortable and everything was explained well, and the treatment was quick and relatively painless (especially compared to electrolysis!). Highly recommend for laser hair removal!

I originally got a Groupon many years ago and went to their Des Plaines location. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The laser treatments were very effective and I was happy with my results. I've been to other places and their machines weren't as effective. I did miss a few treatments and they expired. I wasn't expecting for treatments to expire especially at such a high cost. This was a disappointment. Because of the great results, I decided to do a touch-up, finish off my one large area and add a 6 pack of a medium area. I was told the Des Plaines location was flooded, so I went to the Vernon Hills location. Which was a bit far for me but again, I wanted the good results. Alexia was the tech there and she was very thorough, friendly and didn't make things awkward at all. However, one of the schedulers was very rude. She called to confirm an appointment of mine scheduled in advance but she called about the wrong date and time. I told her that the initial set-up date was for another time and I even had a confirmation email to prove the original appt time. Either way, I decided to accommodate the time as I wanted to make sure we stay on the hair growth schedule. When I arrived for the appointment, the tech was late and I called the office which took a long time to respond. Finally, they got there and I got my treatment. For such an expensive purchase, I was hoping for better service. I will finish off my treatments but not sure I will go back.
