3/31/26: Was seen almost immediately. Very thorough examination and suggested X-rays due to persistent cough confirmed pneumonia. Immediate treatment started.
The doctor and staff were excellent.
3 years ago: Service was fine, but it took two hours to get through, even though they told me upon check-in that only one patient was ahead of me. Triage maybe?
They have always been prompt and taken me seriously. I love that they're closer to a standalone ER than a retail urgent care.
Went with a vicious migraine and they had me in a bed in five minutes so I could lay in the dark and quiet to wait for a doctor rather than sitting in the waiting room in pain.
My family visited this urgent care facility a few times over the past decade; we always had positive experiences with the staff, the nurses and doctors. They were caring and professional. A couple of times, we went in within the last half hour but still received good quality care without rush. They have my family’s respect and gratitude.
