    No one answers the phone, and if they do, they are short and unhelpful

    DONT GO ALONE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. Was totally fine with the nurse who was drawing my blood etc, although she wasn’t the warmest and seemed to be rushing through… I suppose that’s fine. BUT I had a physical with a doctor who after we had FINISHED the examination touched and looked at my back (the back of my gown was open and I had taken my shirt off as instructed) for no reason and then said “Oh sorry” like he just realized it’s not appropriate to be touching a young woman’s bare back for no reason when it WAS NOT PART OF THE EXAMINATION. Then he told me to change AND WHILE I WAS CHANGING he opened the curtain to tell me I was free to go. I would have been able to hear him speaking through the curtain!!! He gave no warning that he was opening the curtain and it had quite literally been less than ten seconds since he left to ask the nurse if I was done. HE KNEW I WAS NOT MODEST!!! Disgustingly unprofessional!! Wish I had stood up more for myself in the clinic and corrected him, but I was so shocked and uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there!! SO DONT GO ALONE!! OR BETTER DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!

    3/31/26: Was seen almost immediately. Very thorough examination and suggested X-rays due to persistent cough confirmed pneumonia. Immediate treatment started.
    The doctor and staff were excellent.

    3 years ago: Service was fine, but it took two hours to get through, even though they told me upon check-in that only one patient was ahead of me. Triage maybe?

    If I could give this facility zero stars...I would.
    I visited this facility for flu-like symptoms after confirming through my insurance carrier’s website that it was listed as in-network. Naturally, you would expect that using an in-network facility would help minimize out-of-pocket costs — but that was not the case.
    After receiving my bill, I was shocked to learn that my insurance denied part of the claim because, although the facility itself is in-network, the providers who see patients there bill separately and are out-of-network. At no point was this distinction disclosed to me before or during my visit.
    When I contacted billing for clarification, the representative informed me that they do not review insurance benefits with patients — which I understand, as someone who works in healthcare myself. I recognize that insurance verification is typically done as a courtesy. However, I did due diligence as a patient by confirming the facility’s in-network status prior to my visit. When I explained this, the representative simply responded, “I believe there is signage in the office explaining how we bill your medical insurance.” There is no signage outlining their deceptive billing practices.
    The only recommendation I received was to appeal the claim with my insurance company — which I fully intend to do.
    I strongly advise against using this facility. They are not transparent about their billing practices, and the lack of disclosure to patients is both unethical and deeply concerning.

    4:45pm & they’re cleaning and closing. My wife only needed an ingrown nail treatment. But, a medical center closes on New Years Day. Probably because of short staffing…. We can’t get medical care because Advocate Advocates for themselves.

    Made an appointment at 5:45. Arrived 10 minutes before and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. They informed me the appointment was to register not to be seen which is very misleading.

    They have always been prompt and taken me seriously. I love that they're closer to a standalone ER than a retail urgent care.
    Went with a vicious migraine and they had me in a bed in five minutes so I could lay in the dark and quiet to wait for a doctor rather than sitting in the waiting room in pain.
