4:45pm & they’re cleaning and closing. My wife only needed an ingrown nail treatment. But, a medical center closes on New Years Day. Probably because of short staffing…. We can’t get medical care because Advocate Advocates for themselves.

Made an appointment at 5:45. Arrived 10 minutes before and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. They informed me the appointment was to register not to be seen which is very misleading.

They have always been prompt and taken me seriously. I love that they're closer to a standalone ER than a retail urgent care. Went with a vicious migraine and they had me in a bed in five minutes so I could lay in the dark and quiet to wait for a doctor rather than sitting in the waiting room in pain.

Sat.(10/11/25): excellent staff. And service at Vernon Hills facility. Everyone was kind and helpful for my husband's injury (broken rib and nausea from a fall at night).

Went to this facility with my mom today who was complaining of abdominal, stomach pain. Once we checked in the representative came outside and told us that she does not have the equipment to treat her. Did not do any basic tests that don’t require complex equipment and didnt bother to take any interest on testing a patient. I am not sure you can deny medical care based on equipment availability. Posting it here to make sure others know the kind of treatment folks have to put up with here.

Absolutely horrible. I got hurt at work and went here saying I felt my ankle was broke. I told them I might be pregnant they didn’t care and took X-rays without a vest. They had horrible bedside manner and came in to tell me it’s a bad ankle sprain and to wear this split and I can walk, drive and work. There was absolutely no way I can do any of that. I went to an orthopedic dr today, they retook X-rays and stated my ankle and foot are BROKEN in 3 spots and I need a cast. This urgent care was horrible to tell me I can go back to work today and DRIVE with my broken RIGHT foot. I called to tell them that they misdiagnosed me and all they said was OK. HORRIBLE!!!
