I called ServPro Fri 3/31 in a panic, the day before the Memorial weekend. My 91 year old father had fallen and hurt his head. There was a large amount of blood all over the carpeting and my mother's favorite rocking chair cushions.Taylor arranged to come out that day which also happened to be in the middle of a torrential rainstorm. He did an amazing job and was able to clean up all the areas as if it never happened.I can't thank Taylor and ServPro enough for their help and wonderful service. They definitely went above and beyond coming out on such short notice.

SERVPRO of Champaign / Urbana completed a 5 month cleanup AND rebuild at our home in a manner that was efficient and done in a professional way. I cannot imagine anyone else completing the several components of the job in such a timely fashion.Staff was always courteous and attentive.Thank you, SERVPRO.

We came home to basically a rain storm in the dining room, completely flooded master bedroom, and a flooded basement at 1am. We called ServPro and Mark was there within the hour. He was very friendly and reassuring, as I thought the house was ruined. He got to work right away. Him and his coworker worked from 1a-6a on a Saturday night starting the drying process. He has been excellent at communicating throughout the process as well. 2 days later (today) the home is in a much better condition. Mark and ServPro really saved the day! Would highly recommend this company.
