Mike, Jared, Ryan, and Isaiah are a dependable team who have done consistently great work on my home. Mike the owner is very upfront and a responsive communicator about all aspects of a project. Even though they are busy, they are flexible in their scheduling and when an opportunity came up they fit me in. As a result, my newly installed gutters had the flashing done right, to correct what another company had not done. Also, they did a fantastic job on my roof in 2021 and it’s still in great condition.

These guys provide a great kitchen remodeling and his work prove it ! They did the kitchen in my parents house in Urbana IL and we are happy with the result. Kodiak Improvements, Inc. worked hard and make us happy ! Great thanks and high recommendations from us !
