Zoe was amazing. I felt safe as she used her well sharpened shears to clip so close to my hearing aids. My wife and I also didn’t feel judged in the slightest, a very welcoming and open atmosphere. Very reasonably priced for the services I received.
I've been here twice now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Kyle did a wonferful job with my cut - she listened well and made me look great. I also spent a long day doing a complicated dye and the whole experience was lovely. The space itself is also super cute, very Urbana.
I came here with my non-binary child for a haircut. We came in with a few cartoon pictures and a video of what they wanted and Kyle was able to bring it to life! It looked exactly like what my 15-year-old was hoping for. Very professional and they have a refill station for products. Thanks H2O!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
