Good Friends has been great to me and my one cat. I was very anxious coming in, but the staff here are so kind and patient and they will take the time to explain everything to you. They also are very gentle with my cat. I plan on bringing my other cat in next. I only have good things to say about this clinic! If your pet needs major surgery or just a check up, they are in good hands here.
My first visit here I was hit with an enormous bill after being quoted at a lower price via phone. I was a bit annoyed but it turns out this was mainly due to negligence and poor record keeping of my previous vet. It was expensive but the staff was competent and my dogs who are often shy quickly warmed up to them. Exemplary service and staffing. The veterinarians also have great shoes.
DEAR DECATUR ANIMAL LOVERS: This hospital (IN CHAMPAIGN) was a COMPLETE GODSEND for my baby girl, Kylea who was suffering from the deadly, Pyometra!! They immediately took action to get my baby in their office and ready for surgery...I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL THEY SAVED MY BABY ‼️ ? Nice, clean, safe facility and Dr. Norris DEFINITELY understood the assignment!! Take your pet to the best, Good Friends are LIFESAVERS! We are SOLD!! ?
