I've called on Feldkamp's many times to tow my several aged work vans to the hospital. Service is consistently prompt, professional, and economical. (Only wish I didn't need them so often...:-)
Feldkamps was quick and responsive to my winching and towing needs when my car went off road into a very deep ditch. Car didn’t have a scratch and ran just the same after they had it pulled and dropped for me. 5 stars!
They literally just saved me from freezing. I called my roadside assistance NSD, through my Clearcover Insurance app, at 6:43pm. I was told they would send me the information of who was coming to get me. I repeatedly called for the last 2 1/2 hours and was told they couldn’t find anyone. I called 3 tow companies all of which were open. Feldkamps was referred to me by my friend Lisa, who told me to call and ask for Taylor. I literally heard my insurance company argue with the lady, Sarah, about the price instead of having them dispatched despite me being in the cold for now 3 hours and having full coverage. I called Sarah myself and asked could I just pay myself....read full review
