I would like to thank Landon and Cale for the kind and professional service. I had problems with my mini split not working right. They came out each time I called. I called three days in a row and they came out each day. They have figured out what the problem is. Once again I would like to thank All Pro for not thinking that I was a crazy woman with all the calls.
I was very impressed by and grateful for the prompt and professional response of All-Pro, and specifically technician Blake Smith, when we had some plumbing issues. He was incredibly thorough and polite; it was a top notch service experience and I would highly recommend using this company.
We needed a plumber after hours due to a sump pump issue. I called several places, including All-Pro. Left some messages and they called me back in a reasonable amount of time. They were up front on the after hours cost, which was WELL lower than some of the others out there. I explained the situation and they were able to come out within an hr and had our sump pump installed and we were all fixed in about an hour and half. The tech Landon, was very friendly, professional and I felt confident in their work. I think based on this exp I have found a new plumber to use for any future needs.
