Our 22 yr old cat was on his last life & seeing him suffer was too painful. Called & they got him in within 2 hours & was so kind & compassionate making crossing the rainbow bridge a little bit gentler on us all. Thanks

The staff here are always the most amazing, friendly, personable, and caring individuals I've met in such a setting! It's obvious that they truly care about your pets and your worries. They take the time to make sure they address any and everything you can think of and fully explain all details about which vaccinations, treatment, and/or medications would be the best for your pet. My pets were always terrified to go to the vet before we made the switch to Troy Vet Clinic, and now, they LOVE the technicians, vet, and all other staff there and have no issues when it's time for a visit. That's enough for me to know they are truly good, caring people!

The staff and veterinarian are wonderful. No long waits, staff greets you when you enter and are very reasonable!!
The staff is very concerned about the treatment and offer multiple services for Ms. Roxie. Hip dysplasia is awful!!
