Jax received a physical and some meds for gos itching constantly. The staff are always friendly and good with the dogs. Dr Smith always explains what she thinks is your dogs problem is in a way you can understand it

My dog Jojo first visit. I am quite comfortable with Dr. Sarah and technician Danni. They were very thorough answer all my questions. I also received an in depth email with all the observations and recommendations. Quite pleased with the visit.

Almost a year ago, our 4 year old golden doodle Marty became unresponsive, and we rushed him to a local pet ER. After spending 3 days in intensive care (at a location not associated with Ark), he was discharged much improved, but with no definitive diagnosis. He quickly became very ill again, and was seen by our normal vet at Ark. Dr. Mueller was wonderful, spending a lot of time trying to pinpoint Marty's problem. She respectfully listened to my partner's suggestion that it might be Addison's disease, and agreed that it was a strong possibility.
