“After loving EXO for nearly 5 years...I have to say I will not be back. My tech Lana left out of no where so i allowed them to schedule me with someone they said would be good. Wrong! He cut off two of my natural nails and applied tips (i had a minor crack in my nails which couldve been repaired). I typically wear tap builder on my natural nails and keep them short and square with french tips. He filed them into coffin shape and applied a super thick coat of tap. He said he spoke little English and ultimately got a bit angry when i mentioned it so i asked for someone else. I was promptly moved however in the end, the next person was much more polite BUT my nails are horrible! I am now forced to cut off my natural nails and restart growth due to him ruining my nail shape AND I now have to find a new tech. I still paid and tipped (because that is how I am). Word of advice, check your nails in natural light! It was not until i stepped out that I could see exactly how bad they still looked. They are way too thick, uneven and starting to chip already. I debated even posting a review but I think others and management need to be aware. I'm sad about this. $80 wasted! Time, wasted!“

“So many pedicure choices! Lina's nail art is spectacular and she can match any picture that you bring in! Hillary gives amazing foot massages, too. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are here.“

“Crissy is number one hands down the best hair stylist! I showed her a picture of the haircut and balayge color I wanted and she did exactly that. This was my first time getting a balayge. Even more so, the last time I had hair highlights was 15 yrs ago! But after speaking and showing two pictures of the balayge, she began to work her magic. After a couple of hours, I was stunned on amazing and healthy my hair looked! The colors blended well with black hair. I walked out of there feeling twenty years younger! Thank you Crissy! She made his experience everything!!!
He's extremely introverted but she made him feel very comfortable and supported.
Cindy who was with me was extremely kind and sweet! I will go to her every time, in fact I will wait for her!!!!
Michelle was with my husband and although I didn't talk with her much, my husband seemed very happy so I would say that she was wonderful too.
On top of that, they have my son and discount for his birthday, which is didn't ask for!!!
This place is awesome and we will definitely be back!!!

I booked through the app for 11:30am on a Saturday, for full dip set with tips. It was a bit busy and took about 15 mins to get to me.
