Jeff was great to work with when my folks were having issues with their A/C unit. Gave me three possible solutions for my parents a/c problem. Since I now live on out west, and wanted to minimize potential for future repairs, I opted for a new unit. Jeff worked around my visit back to the area to complete the install. He went above and beyond by helping with the registration and ensuring I had a copy of the warranty and receipts mailed to me. Great family owned and opperated business. 10 out of 10, would recommend
