This the second time using Extreme Clean and as usual exceeded our expectations for performance and professionalism. Also used because they are a Troy, IL owned family business. Also scheduled back to clean our LVP flooring and our master bathroom flooring as well.

I recently had Extreme Clean clean carpets in two bedrooms (one had pet stains from previous owners) as well as carpeted steps to the basement. I had the rugs cleaned by another company a few years ago, but the rugs were not near as clean as they were when Extreme Clean was finished. Lo and behold, no stains. Kris Knight, the owner, did explain that over time the stains may return because they were probably in the padding below. I will be hiring them again when cleaning is needed. Very satisfied with the job and highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.
