I am in the market for a room size hand-knotted rug and have been biding on antique rugs on auction sites. I was looking at purchasing an old hand-knotted rug that needed some repair and cleaning so I reached out to Robin with some photos of the piece. She responded quickly to my query and explained to me in detail the work that was needed on the rug. I thought that the rug needed extensive repairs but after talking to Robin it turned out it needed minor repair work. Robin was honest and professional.
