Short wait time. Given prescriptions before i left. Since hubby & I were in for the same thing, i would have preferred to be seen together so I didn't forget anything or any symptoms.

Everyone from the receptionist to nurses to nurse assistants and APRN are exceptionally nice, welcoming, and very caring. They respond very quickly and do everything they can for their patients, from listening to what is wrong to getting X-rays done. While the facility can be very busy, staff do above and beyond compassionate work. Many patients are seen timely and would highly recommend ExpressCare.

Staff was friendly and caring. They were apologetic for the brief waits we had. They seemed to be efficient at getting patients taken care of. I was very pleased with the experience.

All staff members treated my mother with care. They listened to her and she did not feel rushed or dismissed as can happen to elderly women in other medical treatment sites. The providers were excellent
