My heat went out in the night. I called them and Jason came over an hour later. He. Diagnosed the problem, went and got the replacement part and got my furnace back in running order. He also fixed a Plumbing problem I asked about. I am more than grateful for their quick response and professionalism. Call them, you won’t be sorry!

Great experience! Office returned call quickly and was able to send someone out to check that day. They were able to install a new furnace/AC before the temperatures dipped. Very thankful for them making sure our family stayed warm. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I've been using this company for 5 years. every time I've needed propane I was made to wait at least a day before they could come out. the last time I got 250 gal of gas in my 500gal tank my percent went from 25 to 70. and now that I ran my tank dry they force me to pay 100 dollars to spray 5 cents worth of soapy water on my pipes. I have a background in HVAC. I have installed miles of gas pipe in residential and commercial properties. adding insult to injury. I also found out they are not part of the BBB, big red flag. This will most likely be the last time Brefield is welcomed at my property.
