Rural America is in crisis. The great American barber shop is dying off throughout the small towns in the Midwest. Ron's Barber Shop to the rescue! I happened to drive through Toledo and noticed the barber post with an "open" sign. Most places don't take walk-ins anymore which is horribly inconvenient. Imagine, a shop open on a Saturday afternoon ready to take all shaggy heads. This is a bright, cheerful place right on Toledo's quaint Courthouse Square. It is kept very clean and neat. Convenient street parking. Got a great clipper cut and my discerning wife fully approved of my hair. This barber is careful and friendly. Finally, only $10 for a cut and $3 for a beard trim, which is far too cheap, so please tip generously. There are very few places like this left.
