This was truly a 10/10 experience. It was my first time getting a waxing service, and Yas made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She explained each step before doing anything and checked in with me throughout the appointment.
We were chatting the whole time, which helped so much, and the pain was honestly about a 2/10. I was nervous going in, but she made the entire process smooth and easy.
She’s incredibly kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. The vibes were amazing, and I left feeling confident. She also recommended aftercare products that I was able to purchase, which I really appreciated.
