“We hired Dudek Exteriors to replace a couple of Pella windows based on my neighbors recommendation. One was a bay window that could not be opened and another one had rotted out on the bottom.

He explained everything upfront: The timeframe for getting the windows ordered, how long installation would take, whether we wanted the interior frame to be white or keep it as wood since the existing windows were wood. He mentioned that wood does cost more and the fact that you can get a close, but not a perfect match to the existing windows.

He was always prompt and kept us updated as to when the windows should be coming in, when the windows did come in, and a date/time to do the installation.

I am going to have him replacing one of the entry doors to the garage that has rotted out on the bottom and gets stuck.

Update: New door installed! I uploaded a couple pictures of the old door and the new door!

OLD DOOR: The threshold on the old door was rotted and rusted out. You can also see the doorframe had a decent sized gap between the doorknob striker and strike plate. The frame was no longer square either and the door was hard to open and close.

NEW DOOR: New frame, new door, new threshold, and the door swings inward instead. It seals well and it is smooth opening and closing!“

“We used Ferguson for a very large project: Replacing every window and the entirety of the siding on our house. Nick worked with us throughout the project, providing insight so we could make the best informed decision. Ferguson replaced our wooden windows with full fiberglass for easier maintenance (and cheaper than a wood / fiberglass interior / exterior) along with a new patio door and screen. We also had them replace a superfluous patio door with a large window with an awning window above it. Ferguson handled all the trim work around the windows and doors and it looks spectacular.

Nick also was very patient with us as we went over siding options. We decided to pursue using HardieBoard Panels with HardieBoard Trim Boards in a near 1 to 1 replacement of our previous stucco panel and wood trim siding so that we could preserve the cottage look of the house, something that other companies did not offer.

Window installation over 18 windows and a patio door took just over 2 days. The siding installation took quite a while longer, but was not disruptive, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning everything consistently so the yard was always usable.

“Sean was a delight to work with. He came out and gave us an estimate for a bow window. He explained that there was a list of projects and gave us a timeline. When we got close to that, he came back out and redid our estimate (it went done due to material cost).

Day of installation went seamlessly. Guys were there on time, were very professional. Sean was on site to make sure things were well. The crew made sure everything was perfect. They cleaned up everything inside and out before they left.

“Outstanding service from Day 1 switching from wood to vinyl. They were the one company willing to work with me so I could keep my custom day/night blinds. 8 others said either "we don't do that" or "that's not possible. Five different techs came out and devised a plan.
Windows are now in...wish I did this years ago. The house is much quieter. It's 40 degrees outside and 67 degrees I'm the house. (Haven't turned on the furnace yet.)
A few screens had some issues (installers pointed out to me). They've been replaced.
Everyone was so professional and friendly throughout the entire process, and I had NO cleanup to do after all 23 windows were replaced.
Be fair and do comparison shopping, but after doing it, Gilley is the company I'll use moving forward when/if I need.“

“I had a very positive experience with Energy Savers. I was initially skeptical because there were promises and deadlines that sounded like they would be very difficult to meet. I had the entire house sided and several windows installed. Despite my concerns, everything was done very well. I know a fair bit about construction, but I have significant vision issues. Nevertheless, I had it inspected by a trusted friend who is a retired builder, and he said the workmanship was of high quality. The siding was uniformly installed with no waves along the long walls. The windows were capped and sealed with a consistency. The installers worked at a swift pace, but did maintained an attention to detail. Throughout the process, the workers were respectful and courteous, and Bill, the owner, was on-site to monitor progress and address any issues, not that there were any of great concern. The entire process was completed in three days. There were several workers going for almost 12 hours each day. The site was left clean, both inside and outside. Additionally, Bill made a couple of good suggestions regarding how the soffits meet/feed into the siding. The suggestions were great because it preserved some of the character/charm of the original appearance of the house. There was one issue with how some HVAC lines were reattached, and it was fixed immediately. As for value, I think you get what you pay for. Although the price was competitive, it was not the cheapest. With that said, overall, this was a positive experience, and I would recommend Energy Savers for siding and windows. Tom“
