Tom answered the phone and responded to my house immediately on an emergency basis. Mind you, this was on a Sunday on 4th of July weekend. He methodically traced down the issue with a neutral wire that had burnt out creating a fire hazard. Thank you, Tom!

Tom was amazing. He was able to install a car charger right on the wall of my garage for my EV. Gave him a call and he came over to take a look the cost.
