My husband has an appointment today at 2:00. We arrived at 1:30 to get paperwork done early. He was not seen by the doctor until 4:15. The so called office manager was an absolute fool. She was constantly yelling at the two girls upfront. It seemed as though she was trying to show that she was the boss. All she was doing was interfering them from doing their job. She called them to tell them to take another patient before us He walked in an hour after us. It was completely unprofessional. Dr. John himself is a wonderful & knowledgeable DR. however … yesterday while I was in the waiting room I witnessed an encounter with a woman her the front desk staff that truly made me never want to come back to this place. I was there with my grandmother who was being seen and I noticed a woman in her late 60’s , an Indian woman yelling at her front desk staff and abusing one of her employees to the point where her employee cried. The behavior I witnessed was unbelievable. The employee that was yelled at and verbally abused was trying to hide her tears which absolutely broke my heart. Had a 9:15 appointment I was there at 9.2 people in front if me.4 more came in after me.they called 2 people that came in after me.I went to the desk and they said they would fix it .While taking in the other person anyway... I LEFT.And last time they didn't get my script called in for a week.
