I recently moved into a remodeled home (completed 5 years ago) where Schaaf supplied and installed all of the windows and doors. After moving in, I discovered that one of the doors was missing a locking mechanism component. I contacted Schaaf and was connected with Joel, who was able to locate the previous owner's order and promptly arranged for a service visit.
Dwight, the technician, was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. He took detailed photos and measurements of the missing part and worked diligently to get the issue resolved. Needed service on my patio door installed by Schaaf. Found out the issue was caused by normal weather expansion / contraction. Serviceman was prompt, efficient and taught me how to resolve if happens again. Highly recommend Schaaf
