The staff and groomers are professional, calm, and confident, making both pets and owners feel completely at ease. They genuinely care, offering a loving touch and treating animals gently and kindly. Groomers take time to ask about a dog's history and sensitivities, showing great attention to detail. They know exactly how to handle various coats, including thick, curly or double-coated dogs, with care and skill. They are wonderful at calming very nervous, squeamish, or picky dogs, performing grooms that pets allow happily. The results are amazing, with dogs looking fluffy, neatly trimmed, and smelling wonderful, often with a cute accessory added. The team provides helpful maintenance tips and excellent customer service. I had such a fantastic experience at Puppy Haberdashery! From the moment we walked in, the staff made both me and my golden doodle, Bryson, feel completely at ease. He’s a standard doodle with a thick, curly coat, and they knew exactly how to handle his grooming with care and skill.
The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The groomer took the time to ask about Bryson’s grooming history, coat preferences, and any sensitivities he might have. I really appreciated that level of attention to detail.

Oh. My. Word. We tried the Tinley Park location after losing our groomer of a few years. We were nervous to try someone new. Lloyd was AMAZING! Professional, calm, and confident. My fur baby is very picky about her humans & she loved him. AND she let him trim her nails without a muzzle. I don't think she's allowed that since she was a puppy! Puppy Haberdashery is the best!
Absolutely love them! My dog is very squeamish. I had taken him to multiple groomers before this one. He would be very nervous and grawl and bite at them. Lloyd knew exactly what to do to calm him. My dog actually lets them groom him. And they do a WONDERFUL job. They have excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
