Friendly, polite, clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care. My son broke his ankle and we had a great exchange. It was a little crowded, but that has nothing to do with the service we received. Shout out to the security guard who made my son feel like the king of the place.

Ingalls/UChicago would get 5-stars, but they are not by definition an urgent care center, because they billed as an emergency room, which because of insurance means nothing to me--but it would for others who have a different structure insurance plan. They should amend the center to just say it's an ER.
Would not recommend this “urgent care.”
